- Starter Packages: Typically take 2-3 weeks from kickoff to deployment.

What tools and platforms do you integrate with?
We integrate with virtually any tool that has an API or supports automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n. Common integrations include: CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive), email platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign), e-commerce (Shopify, WooCommerce), accounting (QuickBooks, Xero), and hundreds more.
What if something breaks or stops working?
Your monthly maintenance fee includes monitoring, error handling, and fixes. We set up alerts that notify us immediately if an automation fails. Most issues are resolved within 2-4 hours. For Growth and Enterprise clients, we provide priority support with faster response times.
Can I make changes to automations after they're built?
Yes! Your monthly maintenance includes minor updates and adjustments. For significant changes or new workflows, we provide discounted rates for existing clients.
Do I need technical knowledge to use the automations?
No technical knowledge required. We design automations to work seamlessly in the background. Your team continues using the tools they already know - the automation happens behind the scenes. We provide training and documentation for any new processes.
What's included in the monthly maintenance fee?
Monthly maintenance includes: monitoring and error handling, minor updates and adjustments, performance optimization, monthly reports, email support, and software updates. Growth and Enterprise packages include additional benefits like priority support and quarterly optimization reviews.
How do you calculate ROI for automation?
We calculate ROI based on: time saved (hours × hourly rate), error reduction (cost of mistakes avoided), increased capacity (additional revenue without new hires), and improved customer experience (higher retention and satisfaction). Most clients see 4-8x ROI in the first year.
Can automation work with our existing systems?
Yes! We specialize in integrating with existing systems. We don't require you to change your current tools or processes. Instead, we build automation around your existing workflow, making it more efficient without disrupting your operations.
What happens if we outgrow our current package?
You can upgrade anytime. We'll credit your existing setup fee toward the new package and add the additional workflows you need. Many clients start with Starter and upgrade to Growth as they see results and want to automate more processes.
Do you offer custom automation solutions?
Absolutely! While our packages cover most common needs, we regularly build custom solutions for unique business requirements. Contact us to discuss your specific needs, and we'll create a custom proposal.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
After the initial setup, our maintenance plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. However, most clients continue because the ROI far exceeds the monthly cost.
How is this different from a regular chatbot?
Traditional chatbots use pre-written scripts and decision trees. They break when users ask unexpected questions. Our AI chat agents use advanced language models (GPT-4, Claude) that understand natural language, context, and nuance but trained specifically on your business knowledge. They can handle complex, multi-turn conversations and provide intelligent responses - not just scripted replies.
Will customers know they're talking to AI?
We can configure this either way. Some businesses prefer transparency ("Hi, I'm an AI assistant..."), while others prefer the AI to simply be helpful without announcing itself. The conversations are natural enough that many users don't realize they're talking to AI unless told.
What happens if the AI doesn't know the answer?
The AI is trained to recognize when it's uncertain and will either: (1) Acknowledge the limitation and offer to connect the user with a human, (2) Collect the question and promise a follow-up, or (3) Escalate immediately to your team. We configure escalation rules during setup.
How long does it take to get started?
Typical implementation takes 2-3 weeks from kick-off to launch but up to 6 weeks in some cases. This includes AI training, integration setup, testing, and refinement.
Do we need technical expertise to implement this?
No. We handle all technical implementation. You just need to provide business information and approve the configuration. We'll embed the chat widget on your website (usually just adding a small code snippet).
Can we test it before going live?
Absolutely. We provide a test environment where you and your team can thoroughly test the AI before launch. We encourage extensive testing and welcome feedback for refinement.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Your setup fee and monthly fee include everything listed in your package. The only additional costs would be optional add-ons (like additional integrations or custom features) which are quoted separately.
Do you charge per conversation?
No. We have conversation limits per package (500, 2,000, or unlimited), but we don't charge per conversation. If you exceed your limit, we'll discuss upgrading to the next tier.
What's your contract term?
We require a 6-month minimum commitment for the initial setup to ensure we have time to optimize and deliver ROI. After that, we move to month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
How is Digital Transformation different from hiring individual contractors?
Individual contractors work in silos - your web developer doesn't talk to your SEO person, who doesn't coordinate with your social media manager. Digital Transformation means everything is designed to work together from day one. Your website is built for SEO. Your content supports your social strategy. Your email marketing reinforces your brand. It's the difference between a collection of tactics and a cohesive growth system.
Why do you only take 3-5 clients per month?
Quality over quantity. Digital transformation requires deep understanding of your business, your market, and your customers. We can't do that effectively if we're juggling 50+ clients. By being selective, we ensure every client gets our best work, direct access to senior team members, and the attention needed to drive real results.
What if I only need one or two services, not everything?
That's what our Individual Solutions are for. You can get a professional website, SEO services, AI solutions, or other services à la carte. Digital Transformation is specifically for businesses that need multiple integrated services working together.
Can I pay monthly instead of the upfront investment?
The initial investment covers the intensive work of building your digital foundation (strategy, website, initial campaigns, etc.). This work happens in months 1-4 and requires significant upfront resources. We do offer payment and financing options through Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna if you'd like to break down these costs over time.
What's included in the monthly fee?
The monthly fee covers ongoing management, optimization, content creation, reporting, strategy calls, and continuous improvement. Specific deliverables vary by package - see the package comparison table above.
Do you require long-term contracts?
Digital Transformation packages have a 6-12 month initial commitment (depending on package). This is done purely out of the understanding that it will take at least that amount of time to see results. We want partners who understand and are committed to the minimum monthly timeframe to prove our work makes a difference. After that, we move to month-to-month. We earn your business every month through results, not through contracts.
How long until I see results?
You'll see early indicators (traffic increases, lead flow) within 60-90 days. Meaningful revenue impact typically shows in months 4-6. Digital transformation is a 6-12 month journey, not a quick fix. Anyone promising overnight results is lying.
How much of my time is required?
Expect 4-6 hours in month 1 for discovery and strategy. After that, 1-2 hours per month for strategy calls and feedback. We handle the execution - you provide strategic input and approvals.
What happens after the initial 6-12 months?
Most clients continue with ongoing management (the monthly fee) because digital marketing requires continuous optimization. Some clients transition to a reduced scope or move to our Individual Solutions model. We're flexible based on your needs and results.
Why do you only offer SEO for websites you've built?
We need full technical control to implement advanced SEO strategies effectively. Many websites have fundamental issues that prevent SEO success - poor code, slow loading, bad architecture, etc. By building your website first, we ensure a solid foundation for SEO. This policy protects both you and us, ensuring we can deliver the results we promise.
How long does it take to see SEO results?
You'll see early indicators (ranking improvements, traffic increases) within 60-90 days. Meaningful results typically appear in months 4-6. Full results take 6-12 months. SEO is a long-term investment, not a quick fix. Anyone promising instant results is using black-hat tactics that will hurt you long-term.
What's the difference between traditional SEO and GEO?
Traditional SEO focuses on ranking in Google search results. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) focuses on appearing in AI-powered search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's SGE. As more people use AI for search, GEO becomes increasingly important. We optimize for both.
Why do you require 6-12 month contracts?
SEO takes time. Search engines need to crawl your site, index your content, and evaluate your authority. Meaningful results require sustained effort over months. Short-term SEO contracts don't work, you'd be wasting your money. We require minimum contracts to ensure we have time to deliver results.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?
Yes, you can adjust your package at the end of any contract period. Many clients start with Local SEO and upgrade to National SEO as they grow. We're flexible and want to match your investment to your business needs.
Are there any additional costs?
Your monthly fee includes everything listed in your package. The only additional costs would be optional add-ons like paid advertising management or additional content beyond your package limits. We're transparent, no surprise invoices.
How much of my time is required?
Minimal. We need 2-3 hours in month 1 for strategy discussions and content planning. After that, about 30-60 minutes per month for strategy calls and content approval. We handle all the execution.
How do you measure success?
We track multiple metrics: keyword rankings, organic traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, revenue attribution, and ROI. You'll receive detailed monthly reports showing progress on all metrics but ultimately, we don't care about clicks - we care about conversions and revenue. It makes no sense to have a 100,000 views and 0 customers.
How natural does the AI voice sound?
Our AI voices use advanced text-to-speech technology that sounds remarkably human. Most callers don't realize they're talking to AI unless told. The voice has natural intonation, appropriate pacing, and conversational flow—not robotic or monotone.
Can the AI understand different accents?
Yes. Our speech recognition is trained on diverse accents and dialects. It handles regional variations, international accents, and natural speech patterns effectively.
What happens if the AI doesn't understand the caller?
The AI will politely ask for clarification ("I'm sorry, I didn't quite catch that. Could you repeat that?"). If it still can't understand after 2-3 attempts, it will offer to transfer to a human or take a message.

What counts as a "minute"?
A minute is 60 seconds of call time. If a call lasts 3 minutes and 30 seconds, that counts as 3.5 minutes toward your monthly limit.

How long does a website take?
Depending on complexity and your participation, we can launch most websites in 2-3 weeks. Larger projects, complex features take more time. However, we've worked with some clients who want to launch as soon as possible and implement complex features overtime.
Will my website work on mobile?
Yes! All our websites are mobile-responsive and work perfectly on phones, tablets, and desktops
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes! We can redesign your existing site or build a new one from scratch. In fact, this is one of our specialties. Redesigning existing websites is a more complex and specialized field than most client realizes. Poor redesigns can lead to drops in Google rankings, broken pages, and client loss.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes! If updated content is part of what you're looking for we can build on user-friendly platforms and provide training that will allow you to update content, add pages, etc. in a safe and secure manner without fear of breaking your site. Let us know during your consultation that this is something you're looking for so that we can build on the correct platform!
What if my website breaks?
We provide ongoing support and maintenance! We monitor and maintain all our clients websites and use advanced tools such as VRTs (visual recognition tools) that automatically scan and alert us of any changes, so we can fix them before anyone else even notices. We also use premium web hosting services and not shared services, meaning each client's website is in it's own separate container. While many other agencies use shared services to reduce overhead and costs, this means if another clients website gets compromised yours is as well.
Do you provide hosting?
Yes, hosting is included in monthly services.
Is hosting really free?
Yes and no. Hosting costs money. Really good hosting costs a lot more. We include these costs in our monthly service. Each site we manage gets an isolated container to guarantee security and performance on the fastest and most reliable Google Cloud platform. No shared hosting. We only offer one level of the highest hosting available to businesses - regardless of if you get 100 or 1M visits a month.

Do you offer payment options or financing?
Yes. We partner with services like Affirm and Afterpay to help you break up any initial or one-time costs into manageable payments. Let us know during your strategy call and we'll walk you through the options available.

We're lean and efficient and want to make solutions accessible to small and mid-market businesses who are losing the race against large corporations and enterprise accounts. We worked for these large tech firms and we've optimized our processes so we can pass our knowledge and the saving to you.
What if I'm not ready for the full investment?
We offer financing options to break down payments. Website design and development is handled in two stages, an initial deposit and the difference when completed. SEO, marketing, and the like are monthly billed services. Additionally, we offer consulting sessions starting at $247 to help you plan your digital strategy. You can also start with our Quick Solutions and upgrade to full-service when you're ready.
